Icon2 94 civic won't start.

Hey guys I have a 94 civic lx that I did a swap in. Went to my old system. 92 D16Z6 with 5 speed. Swapped out the engine harness, ecm and vehicle harness even both fuse blocks. Car started fine and ran fine for a couple of days. One morning I came out to start it for work and I only got one click from the pgmfi relay. I screwed with the wiring and banned the relay around a little bit with no success, then for ****'s and giggles I tried once more and she fired. Same thing later that night. She's been running fine, only had 1 engine code for the tps but fixed it and no more lights. Now this morning same problem again only she won't start. She cranks but I'm only getting one click from the pgmfi relay, lights on the dash won't go off like they should and the fuel pump isn't running. Switched out the ignition switch on the column and even the pgmfi relay and same issue. Any suggestions as to something I'm overlooking?

Check the voltage at the pgmfi relay

Could be the ecu
Could be the wiring
Ecu sends a ground path to the relay for the fuel pump

You wouldn't happen to know the specs for testing it and how to would you?

Check for battery voltage at 1 and 5.

So. The ecm for the 92 D16Z6 is a P28-L00. The ecm that came out of this car for the 94 D15B7 is a P06-A02. I honed it up and she fired and runs fine now.. So it's the ecm, which I was afraid of. Thanks for your help.
