I would like some advice. The civic has a cold air intake already. I'm not sure on the exhaust. What would be a great new exhaust that is deeper than loud and helps it breath 10 times better. What else could I do to the motor. I'm pretty good with the mechanic part of it but I have no idea what is out there to make it faster.

 

The only tangible upgrade for the D17's is a turbo. Anything short of that, will net negligible gains. The standard Intake/Header/Exhaust combo won't even net you 15whp. So, in the grand scheme... they're not worth the money invested, unless you're looking for a specific engine noise or appearance.

 

I figured that. Well I guess I'm getting a turbo lol. It has a rust free body so maybe I can find a better motor. What kind of motor swap should I do and thank you.
