Please help - 97 Civic wont start

Please help - 97 Civic wont start
Was driving the car home , parked it and it wouldn't start the next morning.Battery is good, I changed spark plugs and wires a month ago.i put a scanner to it but I cant get a full scan as it says "no sup" but I have used this scanner on this car before.It does tell me that oxygen sensor heator monitor and catalyst.I will check the fuses and get a test light but other than the dizzy and the main relay what else should I check.I also hear the fuel pump when I put the key in the on position.Any help would be great.
