Car wont start now, no fuel, no spark
Ok I am new to honda. i bought a 93 civic ex with blown engine. i bought d16z6 and swaped it and had it running perfect last night. car idled fine for about half an hour, then i took it for a spin and it drove great, i turned it on and off a few more times and it was fine. then i went inside to change so i could go drive around and it wouldnt start anymore.
there is no check engine light.
installed new spark plugs (before the first drive test)
car cranks over. had a friend spray fluid in tb and it still wont start.
checked for spark and nothing.
dont hear fuel pump engage neither.
main relay (by hood latch) is ticking loud the whole time ign is on.
from some research main relay controlls the fuel pump so if thats the problem i should still have spark.
i messed with the relay and it would randomly stop ticking and fuel pump will turn on.
i have also taken it apart and all connections are still there (but few are black, should i resolder?)
i will greatly apreciaty any help i can get.

battery is fine, i even used jump start.
oh and also i had the car running for a little after that. it kept dying and it would idle fine at firts but the tach would go crazy.

I'm not sure about the 92-95 civics but on the 96-00 civics the main relay also controls the injectors. So if the main relay is not working right there will be no fuel and no spark.
I think there's a fuse also which controls the main relay, just not sure which one it is. You could have a look into that as well.

also it shouldnt be fuse for the relay because it clicks so something gets to it. but fuses and other relays seem fine anyway.
i got a cheap volt meter and will play with it tommorow. maybe will go to junk yard and get a few main relays.
does any one know if 95 teg main relay is diff.

the fuel pump and the starter (im pretty sure), are on the same fuse
as far as the main relay, take it out, and there is a code on the side of it, if the part number is the same then it will work. i can't remember offhand
i know that ef main relays and teg relays are different, i do not know about EGs
-Check all of your grounds
maybe your starter is bad? jump it from the battery terminal going to the starter, to the plug that the black line coming off the harness goes to. obviously with a rubber sleeve over the wire lol

cel works, but it has no cel.
car cranks over just fine. wont start though.
hopefuly it wont rain today, going to work on it in a little bit.
also there are grounds on there.
double checked that both of the engine grounds are tight. i'm just stumped that it ran great right after the swap and then it just stoped all of the sudden.

yes. the ground from ps to chassis is connected the same way it was prior to swap.
should i take a wire brush to all of my grounds?
got to relays from junk yard.
at first car started but couldnt keep it running at all. i heard fuel pump pry. now it wont turn on and it wont start. there is no spark or fuel. also the tach was going crazy before as well. if i put a jumper wire from 5-7 pump pumps.
i'm lost. about to take it to a shop agh..

This kind of problem is generally caused by bad ground wires or blown fuses (#18, 24, 31). If all of these are fine, then try to find a known good ECU to swap in.

i feel dumb and glad right now.
so i went out and took all the major grounds off and sanded the surfaces, cable connectors and got clean bolts for them all, also cleaned battery cables aswell. it runs now !!!
only few miles later my speed sensor died
now....that i know it runs. how much boost can d16z6 take? lets say......50 trim or smaller. i know i need to build it but i'm not going to, i know what exactly is needed, etc but this is my daily and i miss the sound of the turbo, i have a car that i will be racing one day......hopefuly.

no cel. idk its weird. its just the speed thats acting up. on my way home from friends it worked fine. sometimes it will slowly go down or jump a little and then goes to 0 and stays there.
