Default Steering/suspension questions accord ex

My 94 accord ex say still awhile but it's back running and driving but seems like the steering and frankly suspension in general is off. Usually when you turn the wheel of a car as you drive, once you let go it goes back straight. Mine does not. As you make a slight movement in the wheel on a straight road you can feel the tear kind of sway??? Bushing are out? Which ones? I'm going to lower it so should I just replace it all??

I would focus on getting under the car and visually checking upper and lower ball joints (even the tierod ball joints).. sometimes the seals go out in the rack and pinion and can cause a pull cause of the constant pressure of the fluid bypassing the seals and pushing the steering in a certain direction...
get the car aligned and the tires balanced...
you mentioned bushing.. check em' (sway bar, end links, upper/lower control arm..
