i sprayed the around the intake with carb cleaner so I don't thing its the vacuum. havent messed with the icv yet

yea i would just take it off and clean it with the carb or break clean same thing

yea a messed up head gasket, hopefully not. does it ever miss coolant or oil? is the oil clean, no white stuff in it?

no, it never needs coolant or oil. oil was lean last time i changed it.
