95 Accord passenger headlight fuse 2 problem
So my car has been on blocks for a few weeks while I replaced the front end wear parts in my spare time. I took it to the alignment shop the other day and left it with them, everything still working.....
I get it back and find the headlights had been left on for some dumb reason and the battery was dead. Mind you, I have some HID retros on the car (on it when I got it). After a jump start I go home and find later that night that the passenger headlight doesn't work. I tried a standard 9006 bulb IPO the HID bulb (which I thought might have been broken). Nothing. I checked the fuse and it was blown.
I completely removed the HID ballast and tried another 9006 bulb and it blows the fuse. What else can I check? I don't have another fuse right off hand to see if it will blow without a light in the circuit or not. Maybe a relay causing this?

Also, I did notice this morning that when the low beam headlight (driver side) was on, both of the high beams were on at a lower output. Both of them. But I have the fuse pulled for the passenger side lights. When I switch to high beams the passenger side light goes out. Is this normal? I'm thinking I have a relay shorted out at this point but why would I still have driver side lights working?
