im looking to cut another bumper into a 3/4 valance and attach it to my da teg bumper..
seen alot of volvo heads doing this but never shows a diy/materials.

I googled it for you and found a ton of DIY's. none of them are specific to an Integra but use a little imagination

 

i have googled and dont see any diys with steps involved

 

On a serious note though.. You'll want to measure everything up so that it aligns properly. If the opening of the grille is too narrow compared to the DA, cut it in half and widen it with fiberglass. If it's too wide, cut it and fiberglass the inside back together shorter. Simple as that.
