i have seen alot of cars that have these circle looking things on the side of the bumpers i guess they put tehm to help support the bumper from falling down does anyone know the name of them??? or know were i can find some they put it on the top of the fram of the car and the bottom of the bumper and it tightens them together. thanx for any help

if ur talking about a quick release, it attaches the bumper cover and fender....
