What a week it's been.

So, anyhow, last night, on my drive home, i smell a "funny", burning oil kinda smell. Get home, pop the hood, and i see quite a bit of red trans fluid, pooling up on the plastic splash guard, on the trans side of the engine. I looked at the power steering reservoir, and it seems to be topped up where it should be, so i don't think its that, although i wish it was. I'm going to get a better look this weekend, cause i haven't had the chance yet, but it's parked, no driving. There were no weird shifting issues that i noticed at all. The only thing weird is I'm hearing a lot of squeaking(rubber type squeaking) when i turn the wheel back and forth, that i just chalked up to the bad weather here in Cleveland.

So, anywhere in particular i should begin looking, on the trans? Anything to look out for?
