I am getting 4k to get my first car. If I go on craigslist and get a decent almost stock or dtock honda for 1000-1500$ ill have 2500$ to play with. I want to turn this into a street killer. With 2500$ whats the best engine and turbo i can get? (Engine must be able to handle the turbo) please help out. Thanks.

Hahah I say that because I live in a group of 3 snall towns where the fasts car is only 670 horse. And thats the fastest. Average is 120-180 horse around her (average as in the fast cars) no cars really around 300's
