Default Idle surge, and running poorly

Hey guys, recently picked up an 06 Type S....I will give you a rundown of what is done.

Skunk2 intake manifold, hybrid racing 74mm tb, buddy club header, skunk2 exhaust, aem cai, and kpro

Now since I had the car (which has only been about 2 weeks) I have noticed an intermittent idle surge. However, Friday night I was driving home from work and about halfway through my 20 mile drive it started to run pretty bad over 3k rpm and the idle now constantly surges. It was a rainy night.....the air filter isn't really shielded from anything since the fender liner was missing over there. Just wondering if anyone had issues like this if the air filter got wet or if it is just a coincidence and I need to look elsewhere? I haven't driven it since then.....I have a new air intake system and stuff on order, just waiting for it to get here. Thanks in advance.

A little more info. No DTC's are set.....I recalibrated the tps with the kpro. When the car starts it will idle steady, but high. After running for a couple minutes it will start to surge from appx 1300 rpm up to about 2k rpm.

Might need to clean your IAC valve.
