Default Headers, CEL, Test Pipe

So here's my setup:
CT Icebox
Stock engine
Skunk 2 Headers (w cat delete)
Random 2.5" Cat
2.5" Mandrel Bent all the way back
to 2.5" in/outlet Magnaflow

So...

I'm getting a CEL

I know, I know, its because of the now-missing O2 sensor on the non-ITR cat...

My question:
If I substitute the cat (which is further back on the exhaust because of the header's cat delete) with a test pipe and plugging the 2nd O2 sensor back in, would that fix the CEL? Would the sensor even be able to reach a new location?

Basically is there any way to keep the header without a CEL?

Thanks in advance

I was getting the same cel light, what i did was reattach the second 02 in the car. so its reading the ambient air. the secondary 02 is there to see if there is a change between the first 02 reading and second. if you install it in the exhaust with no cat you will still get a cel light. its simple to install inside the car, reset your battery and boom my cel light was gone. I am not running a cat...So now the first 02 is receiving a reading and second one is receiving a much cleaner reading. Ecu thinks that a cat is there....

Get a Blox CEL eliminator and reinstall 02 sensor and you should be good to go.
