Default Need help 95 Del Sol wont Start!!

I am at a loss and so is the Honda Tech at the dealer

95 Del sol with Si SOHC motor will not start (Turns over)
No spark
Power to the Coil
No Switching signal to Coil
No Fuel pressure
Main Relay not working (Re soldered connections)
Check engine light just stays on indefinatly after turning on key.
We suspected the ECU and it had some damaged components (2 capacitors fried)
Tried another ECU and no changes.

Note***** Speed sensor wireds are melted. Honda Tech seperated them but still no change.

^Fuse 24 is probably blown. Also check fuse 31. Voltage test them.

Clean and tighten the G101 ground on the thermostat housing.

Ground on Thermostat is altogether missing.
I will ask specificly about those fuses tomorrow

Would any of those cause the ECU component failure?

Would shorted speed sensor connections damage ECU?

Fuse 24 is likely blown, which fits perfectly with the symptoms and diagnostics, as does a disconnected G101 ground.

Could the speed sensor wires shorting together or to ground damage ECU

2 of the electrolytic capacitors in the ECU were definatly blown and had leaked goo onto the circuit board.

Possibly. Be sure to properly repair the wires before installing a new ECU.
