1996 Civic H23a Turbo Issues.
Im having some problems with my recently swapped civic. The car will start and most of the times stalls out. When it does manage to stay running it idles low and erratic and it you try to give it gas it has a delay and usually stalls out.
Have checked or changed:
Fuel Pump (walbro 255lph)
FPR (stock and after market)
o2 sensor
Tps calibration (0.5 closed 4.51 WOT)
ECT sensor
AIT sensor
Distriutor
Car Details:
1996 Civic DX Auto to manual swap.
2001 H23a Bluetop stock internals, Good Compression within 5% of each other
T04E 50 trim turbo
Tail 38mm Wastegate set at 7psi
Bosch 660cc Hi Impedance Injectors
Skunk 2 Intake Mani
Phearable 70mm TB
Chipped P28 on Crome
Stock MAP

Any insight or suggestions are appreciated, thanks for your time!

What about your MAP and TPS sensor plugs being swapped ??? Also, your chrome basemap may be an issue. Put stock injectors back into the engine and crank it with the original ECU to check to see if the problem is injector/ECU related.
Are you kidding me? I have drop in cams and slightly larger injectors and my Chrome basemap doesn't cut it. How in the world do you think you can get by with a basemap tune with a turbo??
Yes I have made sure the MAP and TPS are not switched, I'm thinking injectors or an basemap issue as well. Ill swap out the injectors and put the stock H23a chip in today.

Yeah I know a basemap isn't gonna get me going on boost, the reason have loaded my base map from Phearable is to make sure all my swap wiring and sensors are correct. As you'll notice the charge pipe isn't even connected. I've boosted a car before lol, just never done a obd2 step down.
You have checked everything that would have to do with it stalling out, except for proper cam installation. It probably just needs something better than a basemap. You've done quite a bit to it
Okay so I put some stock 345cc obd1 H22a injectors in it and loaded a stock map and it ran like a top, I'm guessing it was the injectors seeing how they are old and have been used in two prior builds.
