91 crx si - alternator problems
Alright 91 crx si. Replaced alternator about two years ago... that one made it about a year. Replaced that one and about a month after that i did my clutch. Another month passes and that altenator goes out now two days after i replace that one the battery light is on again. No charging. Fuse is good. Connections are tight. Ground on trans is good and tight..... what could it be? another dead reman? or is it wiring? stock wiring harness never been hacked into

It could be other components in your electrical system making the alternator work too hard.
A weak battery (they only last about 3 years before you should replace) will start taxing the alternator.
A large stereo system will kill an alternator.
Old corroding cables and poor connections will not transfer charge very well and will make the alternator work double time.

Battery is 2 years old. sorry about the title im away from home and need help fast. no longer have a system all connections are tight and corrosion free from what i can tell
Then it sounds like you need to have the charging system checked out.
You can do it yourself if you have the equipment, but that's unlikely.
Some autopart stores can do an alternator and battery check for free.
Most mechanics can do a more thorough check on the whole system, but usually charge for it.

I edited your thread title, but in the future you must create thread titles the summarize your tech question/problem.
Any CEL codes thrown?
Have you Ohm tested the alternator wires in the alternator connector and the large alternator wire that runs to the hood fuse box?

Haven't checked ohms. Didnt have a multimeter with me. Will be testing within the enxt couple days. What are the reading supposed to be? No CEL just the dummy light for the charging system
