ls vtec research...
i'm sure at 1000% somebody wrote how to build an ls/vtec... all the parts we needs... so I don't know what writting in "search" (i'm too bad in english)

need a b series ( complete ) Vtec Head
Need a ODB1 VTEC ECU , Flat hex screw to plug oil feed on Vtec head , Suggest a V-AFC Controller...and some internal work on the block...stock LS/VTEC's run like low 14's maybe high 13's stock....I would port head , intake manifold , exhaust manifold , throttle body , block if you want bore it....forged rods , pistons , titanium retainers and springs , change cams if you have the money...Skunk2's I heard are pretty good...thats the set up im going with..My car would be done but Fukin acura...I decided to re-do all the bearings in the block and 2 " green " main bearings are on ****** back order....
