Weird idles?

Weird idles?
During cold start up like winter my 99 civic ex idles at like 100-300 rpm and stalls a few times then stay on but barely. Then when I drive for about 10 minutes and the car is warm the idle is around 1200 rpm. Anyone relate to this? And what do you guys think it is? I'm thinking my coolant. Thanks in advance!
