head/waterneck leak
Hello,
I have a B16A2 that has a coolant leak which looks like its from the water neck that is on the head(that's hose connects to the top radiator hose) and upon looking I do see the water neck looks like it was welded on; (however I thought they were all like that). So the question is, is it a bad water neck? as I never had this problem before and I never had this problem before.
Please let me know what I would need to fix this problem as I don't want to buy something I cannot switch out or have problems trying to do and never seen any technical information about the same problem.

What is welded the water neck?Is it welded to the head or do you mean it has a weld on it.Just remove the waterneck clean it up really well along with the mating surface on the head and if both mating surfaces look ok just reaply sealant and wait till it cures.
