pass side switch works.
all other windows work
driver side window control only works down.

is this a common problem?
the switch is clean and good I took it apar and cleaned it.

besides the switch what else can it be
just want some qick opinions on what to check

 

It almost must be the master switch.

 

Yea its the switch like RONJ@HT said. Electrical contacts inside the switch on the UP side are damage/dirty/too far and its not making a good connection, something could be broken inside the switch too tho. if you are handy you might be able to take the switch apart and fix it but these are cheap on eBay and junkyards..

the pass switch was not working also
I took both apart and cleaned it. I do it all the time on most cars.

now pass switch works
and driver still don't work
all contacts are clean
I just didn't want to dig in too deep in the circuit if thers a common problem with these that I can just go straight to and fix it.
door locks also don't work and dash lights( which I kinda have an idea why)

 

There's really no need to guess. Continuity testing of the driver's master switch is pretty simple.
