Small question guys,my 92 Integra pass-side window will go down,but not up when i use its switch.It will go up and down when using the driver-side switch.
Switch looks clean..

The plastic switch that you are pushing on may be broken. My girlfriends caprice had this same issue, the tab that pushes down on the "up" actuator button was broken off, so pushing up on the switch wouldn't do anything. I would remove the switch from the door and take a look at the plastic rocker.

 

As mentioned the switch is the problem. 94
