had a walbro fuel pump installed 4yrs ago...havent run the car in those 4yrs..... tried to start car but dont hear the fuel pump buzz or hum when turned on..... changed the main relay and all fuses are good. still nuthing....was wondering if pump will hum or buzz if there is no fuel in tank

 

It should. Can you verify that you have power at the pump?

 

how do i check for power to the pump

 

With a multimeter.

 

Those aftermarket pumps fail early. 4 years seems about a long service time.
