WOT ignition advance tuning for D16 all motor
Hi!
Im running an all motor A6.
294°/286° cam, ported head, 10,5 compression, header, intake manifold.... 9k rpm limit
Im going to a dyno in a few days, i need some advice on timing at WOT.
Im running 98 octane europe pump gas, ive street tuned it, AFRs is consistent 12-13.
My current timing at wot columns:
484 19.44 18.36
578 19.44 18.36
691 19.44 18.36
825 19.44 18.36
986 19.44 18.36
1178 19.44 12,24
1407 12.96 10.44
1681 12.96 10.44
2008 15.84 10.44
2399 20.52 15,12
2866 20.88 21.24
3423 26.64 26.64
4090 25.20 25.20
4885 26.64 25.92
5836 26.64 26.64
6972 26.28 26.64
8236 26.64 27.00
What do you think? what timing is common to NA D series?

there is absolutely zero way we can help you with ignition. you can read my manual and tune it, or just wait a couple days until you get on the dyno.
Well i have tuned ignition on the street, its not very effective using the butt dyno.
I was hoping any of you had any experience in tuning all motor D series, and had a reference to where the timing numbers usually ended up.
Im not new to tuning, but i just wanted to ask the question before visiting the dyno to have something as reference.

There is NO reference to where timing numbers end up. I tuned three Skunk2 GSR's built exactly the same, all three had significantly different ignition maps. I've tuned seven 2005 Subaru STI's with the exact same mods, all completely different ignition maps. I can keep going, but I'm hoping you get the point. We can't help you with this. Read my manual.
