Turn Signal Issues!
Hey there community,
I been trying to find a forum that helps with turn signal issues. I've googled it, YouTube it, and look all over this website. But came up with nothing, and I guess I have to be a noob and post a thread.
Okay I drive a 1998 Honda Civic DX Manual hatchback. And here is the problem, I have typical fast turn signal issues that we all get. So I did what everyone does, I change the light bulbs with the correct ones. And now my turn signal is still going fast and when I turn on my head lights it goes slower than normal. I am stumped and can't figure out the problem, might be my relay or idk lol..
Please help any info will be helpful..
Thanks again y'all

I can post videos on here??
Yes, you can post a video. Upload to YouTube and paste the link into your post.
The one dim bulb is a strong lead. If the bulb is new, inspect the bulb receptacle for damage. The next step is voltage and Ohm measures on the dim bulb receptacle.
Is the dim one left, right, front, rear? Do the turn signals only blink fast for the left side or right side?

The dimmed bulb is on the front left/driver side. The turn signal only blinks fast for the left side only and when I switch on the head lights the left turn signal blinks slower than normal! It blinks like every half to a sec!
For the front driver's side bulb socket, remove the bulb and...
Get a multimeter and test the two turn signal wires for voltage and ground.
Post pictures and the readings.
