Default 91crx si - D16Z6 Cutting out/bogging problem

I have a 91crx si d16z6 swapped with a p28 and the same horrible bucking and spitting. I have changed the wires, cap, rotor button, and plugs thinking that was the solution. I was wrong. My problem starts at 1200 rpm and breaks through at 2500. Unlike most of you I can put the pedal to the floor and it the decides when to break free. When it gives and lays rubber its still all pedal or none. I've tried babying the throttle but it only works if I'm in 3rd or 4th going 15-20 mph. Last time I drove it I nearly ate the steering wheel and almost received a ticket for wreckless driving and damage to state maintained road (rubber). Someone told me its my dizzy, but I have the lack of funds to test anything over $50. Please help? Any suggestions are welcome.

Not currently. But when I was able to test it, I would get out and unplug it and continue to drive. This would cause a 200-300 rpm rise at idle and run really lean at anything over 2k. But the bogging and spitting would stop. After a hour or 2 of driving it would go back to spitting fireballs and act like it was violently poshest. I would then pull over and plug it back in to hope for the best. It is currently not running due to a dead battery.
