I just replaced the fuel pump in my 92 Accord, It's an in tank version. Now the car wont start and the fuel gauge wont move off empty. I can hear the fuel pump working even tho its sounds a little sloshy. I took the fuel sending unit out and looked for any noticeable problems but cant find any.

Now my main question is : What could I have done to mess up the fuel sending unit ? As far as the car not starting , I guess I am going to have to drop the tank again and check all the hoses for leaks or kinks
