EG crank but no start

I have a 92 eg stock d15b7 cranks but no start.

I have good battery, starter, alt. , dizzy cap, rotor, wires, plugs, ICM, terminals, grounds, under-hood+dash fuses, and main relay.

I do have a cel but I cant move it to check it at auto store, neither can I afford one. I hear the fuel pump kick on as well. Any ideas ?

see if this helps any. I had the same issue last week and it ended up being a bad ground.

It's OBD-I, you don't need to take it to the auto store to pull the codes. And if you did, they would laugh and tell you to go away because it's not OBD-II.
