Default Loss of power while driving!!!!

I have a 95 honda civic ex. it starts up fine and it idles fine. for some reason and its just random it acts like its going to die out in any gear but then picks up and goes back to doing it. sometimes its when i first start the car and take off and sometimes it is when i have been driving for a while. i have changed plugs and wires and distributor cap and rotor button looks good.

Any ideas what it could be?

To check the TPS use a voltmeter, fallow this link:
