Big Brake Upgrade - Peer Review?
Hey all,
I have a 4x114.3 ITR brake setup on my parts car that I want to swap over to my stock '95 EX coupe. It needs new calipers and rotors all around, so I figured go big or go home. Below is my shopping list so far. Let me know if there are any issues?
Front:
Calipers - '94 Legend
Pad - '94 Legend
Rotor - '96 Prelude 2.2
Rear:
Calipers - '04 RSX
Pad - '04 RSX
Rotor - '94 Accord 2.2
Master Cylinder - '91 Civic 15/16"
Brake Lines - my chassis
Parking Brake Cables - 4-wheel disc version of my chassis?
I've done my research and I think it's all good, but I just wanted to double check with the more experienced that there are no issues before I order.
Thanks guys.

I'm not sure if that combo works for that car, but if it does more power to you. You might need to check into getting a better proportioning valve for those brakes. I'm currently swapping my rear drums out with disc brakes in my hatchback that I got my rear disc brakes from a teggy. I know I have to swap proportioning valves out just for that.
New info: RSX calipers need the parking brake levers switched to accept civic/integra cables. Didn't catch that the first time.
I was wondering if there were any major differences between typical civic/integra knuckles and the 4x114.3 ITR knuckle, as in caliper bracket spacing. I guess I'll find out. Parts are ordered.

And it's interesting that this guide states to shim out the 23T bracket, where the stock 4x100 civic guides say it needs to be grinded. That's the kind of difference I wanted to be careful of.
Thanks, cvcrcr99!

I think the difference comes from the offset of the wheels. Most Civic wheels are a ~+44 offset. IIRC, the 96 ITR 4 x 114.3 wheel is ~+50. If I am correct about the offsets, I wouldn't suggest shaving that much off the caliper bracket.
