K&N filter should get you about 20 hp.
Mugen chip off eBay another 25 hp.
Dual mufflers about 15 hp.
Type R stickers should get you the rest of the way at least 10 hp.

Get real man. You sound broke (which is why you don't want to swap) and there is no way in hell you can get anything worthwhile out of a D16 n/a on a budget. Stick to grocery getting and reliability, and save your money for a worthwhile project down the road.

Where did you pull these numbers from? Your trying to nearly double your engines output with bolt on parts?

Check out this thread for some helpful insight. Is it possible 200+hp all motor D16Z6? - D-series.org

I wasn't trying to tell you how to spend money. Just showing its not an easily attainable goal. If you have the cash flow why not get something newer that makes 200hp stock? That would ensure reliability and probably add some comfort and interior perks as well. For example the RSX type S. 200HP right off the bat.

No you haven't, not on this planet. You contradict yourself greatly, "trust me money isn't a problem," if money isn't a problem then swap it. Absolutely pointless to go the route you're talking about, in fact to see any real power you will have to spend serious money for very mediocre performance.

Upgrade your cam, True CAI, Header, A full 3inch exhaust, Hi-flo cat, Chip it, then get the hell out of the N/A forum and just turbo the damn thing... Because that's the only way your going to achieve those numbers.

Other than that weight reduction will give you more bang for your buck with 0$ Spent and no work at all to the motor...

give me to the end of the month to post it, I have the sheet

the place that did the work was Torque Developments International | Performance Tuning and Racing Experts
they use a rototest machine

im out in Germany for a leadership class until the end of the month,
and then I scan the sheet and upload it

if I remember correctly off the top of my head, it made 143whp and 110tq to the ground, but I also have 13inch wheels with a tire that's under 20inches tall and with a 3.72 final drive

I want to get the engine re-done now that it has a few miles on it,
I going to get tdi to do it or wait until I move to AZ and get it done up in phoenix

I hear Locash Racing is pretty good
