Harmonic Balancer (Crank Pulley) - 22mm
Anyone know where to get a stock crank pulley with the 22mm hole and not the 24mm hole? I have a D15B2 engine, but my spare Si pulley is too big. I need the smaller 22mm pulley for two serp belts. Also, the Si bolt it too big, so I need the 12mm bolt, not the 14mm. I have a couple friends here checking their garages because they swear they have one. I won't hold my breath just yet. Thanks for any help.

I'm not sure about d16 vs d15, but IIRC there is a difference on the D15B2 itself between 88 and 89. I want to say the 88 crank is smaller than the 89. I seem to remember having found out the hard way that my rebuilt engine is an 88 because my pulley and pulley bolt wouldn't fit and I had to then specifically order 88 crank stuff and find an 88 crank pulley.
Not that that answers your question as to WHY. Maybe Honda deemed the smaller pre 89 stuff to be not quite stout enough.

I'm learning that the '88-'91 Civic LX may have the smaller 22mm pulley and the '86-'89 Integra uses the same? I don't need the third pulley for power steering and actually there's no A/C, so I don't know if there is a single out there or if they are all 2 and 3 belt pulleys?
I found a post that said part number 38921-PM3-Y00 has the 22mm center hole. The part ending in -Y01 has the 24mm center hole. So, part is ordered and I hope it's the right one. Oh, and I ordered the bolt and washer - both 12mm and not 14mm. Fingers crossed.
Dang - part is out of stock! What the ? I've sent an email to another parts company to see if they have it in stock. This is so frustrating.
IIRC, the only new OEM parts I was able to get were the bolt/washer and then the two guides that fit around the crank to keep the timing belt from moving around. I just found a used pulley for mine.

I've only tried a couple local wrecking yards, but I will expand my search. Honda wanted $160, online stores $70-$90 and wrecking yards $40-$50. I was able to order the bolt and washer, too.
