Hi all,

I'm trying to get my -95 civic 1.3 , single carb (PGM-carb) , D13B1 engine, to run smootly
My fuel mixture is unbelivably lean. All spark plugs are white.
Service manual gives only idle mixture adjustment. That did not work.

Are there any PGM-carb experts here ?
