It could be your valve seals. It could be your rings. Do a dry compression test, then do a wet compression test, and post the numbers. Also, pull your spark plugs, take pictures of the points on them, and post those.

Sorry bro but your motor is about to go. An engine that burns that much oil and blowing smoke out the exhaust is a ticking time bomb. I would stop driving it.

Well I know that when the oil light comes on, the engine will not overheat or run sluggish, The light just comes on when all the oil burns out.... But the car keeps running and strong too...... I just keep loosing all the oil..... but other than that everything else is good to go....

omg OP. running the engine with the oil light on is suicide. That light is a dummy light, ie it only comes on at the last possible second, when damage may have already been done. I believe it comes on when oil pressure dips below 7 psi (notaracist, please correct me if im wrong)

If you're burning oil that fast, yes. However, I would do what notaracist said, and do a dry and wet compression test to verify if your rings are fried. You won't have to tear down your motor to do that. Most auto parts stores will rent you a compression tester. You pay them a security deposit, then when you bring the tool back you get all your money back.

I've heard 7, and I've heard 3. Either way, it's a dummy light for two reasons. First, the actual tech reason - it's a dummy light because there's no warning, or percentage. When it turns on, you basically have no oil pressure. Second, the namesake reason - If it turns on, you're a dummy for letting your oil get that low.

OP, how many miles are you getting between full oil and no oil? It's starting to sound like you might just want to skip the diagnostics, and go straight to either replacing your motor, or completely overhauling it.

I drive about 150 miles a day... And sometimes more.... But now I'm burning all 4quarts of oil out the motor within one day. So basically 4 quarts a day at about 150+ miles.... Then its gone...

The car is for sale too guys.....

A motor swap would be cheaper and easier, but would already have mileage on it, and you risk getting a motor that only has another 50k of life left in it. You also won't have to go through a break-in procedure with a replacement motor.

A complete overhaul is pricier and a little more work if you do it yourself, or a LOT pricier and the same amount of work if you pay someone else to do it, but you'll have a motor with essentially 0 miles on it. You will have to go through proper break-in, but that's easy.

If you want to see what's involved in a complete motor overhaul, check out my build thread. It's pretty simple for someone with basic mechanical aptitude, and if you have the money, it's the route I'd personally go.
