need help bad

I have a 2002 honda civic ex. I have fuel coming out of the fuel rail on number one injector. I've replaced the o-rings three times now and swap injectors as well still leaking.

Sounds like the fuel pressure is to high. Check the fuel pressure and if it's to high then replace the fuel pressure regulator.
