Default Code 9 on b20b help

I have a b20b in a 95 hatch I have a code 9. now I'm using a p28 ecu till I can afford and find a p75. My question is can my p28 be causing cuz it's vtec or is my dizzy going bad? Should I replace the rotor and cap n wires?

Throw another dizzy on there and see if the cel goes away. Also when you take your dizzy off take the cap off and see if the screw that holds the rotor on is still there.

Ok I don't have another dizzy but the screw was not holding the rotor could that cause it to
