1999 Civic ex 2 si/ auto 2 man Project
So I basically bought a 99 ex auto and literally re did it from ground up. So I wanted to throw out what I did motor wise and see if anyone more in tune with hondas could shed some input. I would post pics but i have over 300 from start to finish and i dont know how so here it is.
91 b16a PR3 motor
96 GSR tranny syncromesh was added with 5th gear LS
p30 pistons rings on pr3 rods
skunk2 stage 1 cams
JG cam gears
Skunk2 Pro intake man Blk series
Skunk2 TB 66mm
Blox TPS
Hondata intake man Gasket
Unorothdox underdrive pulley
XTD stage 2 clutch
9 lb flywheel
Aem fuel pressure reg
Steal braided fuel lines
Edlebrock fuel filter
apexi vafc
P2T ecu
BnM short shifter energy bushings
Password JDM intake whale ***** AKA
Mugan 4-1 headers
2 1/2 exhaust no cat
Msd 6AL w/ blaster 2
9mm Wires
iridum plat plugs
Fluidyine Alum radiator
no ac and ps
So basic some up what type of HP/tq you guys thinking i should put down once dyno and tuned? Also if it was your vehicle what would you do more of or less. Thanks

That trans is holding you back more than you think.
You'll probably put down about 140-150ish at the wheels. Maybe 5-10 more HP than stock. Maybe a little more if your tuner is talented.
A gen 2 B16A with a B16 trans would likely be faster than yours in the same chassis. What made you choose that trans? It's so bad for your setup....
Did you mean Mugen header or Megan header? Very different...but probably not too much difference in total power output.
Hopefully all of this isnt a shock. There's a lot of people that assume that power stacks up with every mod. Some kid was convinced his I/H/E D16Z6 was a 200whp setup....

There are quite a few 200whp NA B16's. None that I know of that are streetable, though.
A B16/ITR trans would be the best and cheapest way to actually make your car faster. No silly LS 5th gear. Just a straight up drop in B16/ITR trans.

lsvtec that $hit with b16 tranny... Sounds like you have all the parts you need, just gotta mix n match and put it all back together... than get tuned and dyno'd.. tuning is key, don't half *** on that..!
