Ive recently aqcuired a 95 cvic with a d15b vtec. she drives and runs great sometimes and others not so much. the problem occurs after acceleration when i reach a steady speed. doesnt really matter what speed, just steady. It starts to feel like its missing and i can hear it sputtering through the exhaust and i start to lose speed. now, when i let off the throttle it goes away as far as i can tell, and when i give it extra throttle, it goes away and accelerates fine. Then I'll let off into a cruise speed and it starts again. ive replaced the fuel filter, pump, and (main relay* (wouldnt start, took it apart and it looked like a battery exploded in it) because it seemed like a fuel issue. drove fine for a day afterwards and then it started back up again. any ideas? It doesn't happen all the time, and I never know when it will occur.
Edit: no CEL. Adjusted fitv, cleaned iac, new fuel pump and filter
