Default Clutch fork retainer not around fulcrum

Not putting pressure on slave cylinder can't bleed system HELLLLP.
Is it possible to pop it over I have the fork retainer tied at the triangles shouldn't move any ideas how to get the clip around fulcrum

Not sure how It came off. During instalation must of been a little rough

The clutch fork isn't around the throwout bearing ? I can't really see how you could put it on with the tranny mounted. You can try seeing if you can get to it at the flywheel cover but I really doubt it.
