how do i check engine timing?
and how do i fix it if it isn't correct, Thanks

you take the timing belt off and install a new high quality belt following proper procedure if its off.

but before that you check the timing mark on the crank pully and the cam pully make sure both are top dead center aligned properly.

or do you mean, distributor timing? You take the bolt for the banana slide off and move the distributor until your car acts happy again.

Uh, none of that is correct.
