Default mini me swap cluster-f*ck

i recently bought a 95 civic coupe for work, it is really lacking power so i started doing research on it and i found out the previous owner mini-me swapped it but he didnt finish its a y7 block with a z6 head and he still has the stock 92-95 dx ecu.. as this ecu doesnt support vtec what should i be using??

P28 from a 92-95 SI or EX. Wire up VTEC solenoid and pressure switch.

do i just wire it to the ecm? and the pressure switch is the one with the green plug correct?

ok one more question, i found a chipped ecu craigslist the guy said it has a gsr chip.. would that work with my car.. if not could i buy the ecu and remove the chip then install it in my car?

The p28 should plug right in right? Or do I need a jumper harness?
