Default SiR II motor(How would you build it?)

I am recieving my SiR II motor in a few weeks and am swapping it into my eg hatch dx. I am debating how to build it up. I want to have neutral parts on it, so it is not built for just N/A or just Turbo. I am planning on adding a turbo a few months after i get the engine, so i want it to have parts that i can work with, but still satisfy my self now. Sorry to make this so long, but tell me how you would build it and why. (What: I,E,H,Intake manifold, Cams, etc.)

Don't get a intake cause you'll not need it with a turbo, same with header. Exhaust I would get a large diameter quality cat back. Cams, don't do it. Turbo cars don't like aftermarket cams with long duration. Just save your money till you get the turbo.

right on maybe get a good clutch and the usual tune up parts.. new water pump/timing belt/etc.
