Default rear drums make noise after replacing shoes?????

I replaced my drum shoes and now when i brake hard or light it makes a grinding kinda noise. Its like the shoes are hitting a rough spot...kinda like grrrrr grrrrrr grrrrr and not just grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

anyone got any ideas, decided to replace then cause a wheel cylinder went bad on me.

sometimes new shoes need to wear in. this may be the case especially if you are using your old drums

Yeah, they are most likely just breaking in. Drums are finicky beast and I can't believe they still put them on cars.

Anyway, I wouldn't worry about it yet. Give them some time.
