1999 Honda Civic DX
Engine: D16Y7

I have a blown head gasket. I will buy one of those kits that have the head gasket and some other things. The problem is that i am not sure what those other things are and would like to know.

I know what these are

- head gasket
- intake gasket
- exhaust gasket
- valve cover gasket
- valve stems seals
- head bolts

1) Could someone please tell me what the other things are?

2) Also i am debating on buying a ebay eristic kit or the felpro autozone one any suggestions?

3) I will be putting permatex copper spray + the copper silicone together, unless you guys recommend something else.

4) Also should I use all the things in the kit or no?

5) I also have a quick question what are the things i have to mark when removing the cylinder head?

avoid ebay. you don't need head bolts, you don't need to remove your intake manifold. fel pro is fine, i have used with no issue. check out rockauto.com
