WHAT KIND OF GASKET IS GOOD FOR A CIVIC B16a2
hi,
i just want you guys to give me a idea for what kind of head gasket i should buy for a b16a2? or it dose not matter what head gasket i put on..thanks

what kind of gasket, Head gasket, Intake, exhaust, spark plug tube, oil pan.
be specific

yea, i want a tough gasket cause i like to race alot...like they said what u paid what u get..

Of course, it's a "racing" headgasket, then by all means, get the ebay brand.
And no doubt, those OEM gaskets are **** and can't stand up to your two digit wtq numbers. Especially when under extreme racing conditions.
Let me guess, If I asked you what HPDE meant you'd have to look it up?

i think the head gasket itself is like $30 but i know for a fact the headgasket kit which inclued intake, exhaust, spark plug tube seals, valve seals and a bunch of other parts for the entire head assembly, and ran about $180- 200. unless hes rebuilding the entire head i would just get intake, exhaust, and head gasket.
Oh and almost forgot, valve cover seal as well

Just get the factory gasket and call it good. Its obviously going to fit and seal perfectly in 99.99999% of cases. As far as the ebay gasket..have fun pulling the head again in a week when your spitting out coolant. Just my 2cents. good luck
