Default Y8 bogs

So my car bogs around 2k-3k rpm when it is warned up or drive for a while. I've changed spark plugs and even my distributor o-ring cause it was leaking. Could it be some fuel problems or is it some wiring problems? I did google research and they only give generals. Any one know any specific?

Update!!: so when If I clearly let go of gas first then shift my car runs fine but if I do like a quick shift where throttle has just stopped then shift car bogs from 2k-2.5k rpm. Similar to anyone's problem?

Check your ignition timing. When was your last FULL tune-up?

When you say ignition timing you mean timing belt? And my car is stock so I never or recall a full tune up.

No. That is cam timing or "mechanical timing".

You need to change the spark plugs, ignition wires, distributor cap and rotor, air filter (change or clean) and fuel filter. As a minimum.

I had the same problem with my 93 del sol si D16z6. After the tuneup it still wasn't right so I replaced my throttle position sensor (TPS). Had the original one in there I figured after 21 years it might need to be changed .

There's a good write up on it. If I find it I'll link it.

I see. So pretty much change the whole distributor? With wires? Would fuel injectors be some sort of problems too?

No, not the whole distributor. That is costly and pointless unless your distributor isn't working.

A tune-up involves replacing just the distributor's cap and rotor (among the other things I listed above.

Can the o2 sensor be the cause of it too? Or would it need to throw a CEL?
