I want to build my H23a vtec blue top either NA or for Boost

I know to boost the engine I need to at least sleeve the piston, what else would I need to do

Also

What would I need to increase horsepower with NA Motor?
besides headers, intake, throttle body etc..

and

What would I need to boost the motor? rather do an NA build
