Anyone had problems with on-board logging not working on Neptune?

Anyone had problems with on-board logging not working on Neptune?
Im killing myslef here, hoping someone has had the same or similar issue.
So i was on an older version of neptune software. Everything was working perfect. no issues at all. Then over the winter i updated to the new software. Few issues but nothing major until i went to the track to find out on-board logging wouldnt work. No matter what i did. Spent 2 days with nothing solved. So i went back to the old software and bam...everything worked fine. Made 20 passes or more until an issue arrived that when the car would go over 3500rpm, the car would die. What was weird was i figured out that as along as the laptop was connected to the ecu with datalogging going the car was fine. Although i couldnt get on-board loggin to work but the car would run like normal. Diagnosed that as something with the ECU. So loaded the Demon into a new ecu and the car is back to completely normal except no matter what i do i cannot get on-board logging to work. Mind you ive never changed anything in my map. My car went a 10.2@148 and 10.1@146 and got those logs before the car started acting up. And went i went to load my new ECU into the car, and put the map on it, somehow the duty cycle for boost was turned up to 100% so my first pass the thing hit boost cut in 1st gear and died. I dont know why it seems like im having so many "bugs" when i used this in my car for over a year with no issues and now im pulling my hair out. Sorry for the long post. Im just at my wits end.

If you have up to date firmware on the Demon you need the newer software or the unit doesn't get setup properly. I said the same thing on your other post, but this is for others reading this thread. If you need further help after my suggestions continue the discussion over there.

What he said! Seriously though, once the parameters are met, I've found the on board logging to be perfect. Absolutely no issues from my end and I use the software regularly.
