This part is super rusty and i'm almost positive it has something to do with fuel injection since its next to the throttle body. The hoses are getting there to so id like to replace the whole deal. One hose goes into the rust filter looking thing and the other end looks like its going into the firewall. Anyone got a part name handy for the rusty guy and where the hoses go?

Fuel pressure regulator, commonly FPR. The hose is the fuel return hose, it lets extra fuel return to the tank.

 

It's called a 1988~1991 Honda 1.5l DPFI motor.
Replace the entire thing with an B18c1 and it will take care of the problem.

 

Well my budget was $5.00. How much of the b18c1 can I get for my budget?

 

One (1) of the bolts that goes through the valve cover and holds the spark plug cover.

 

I'm not sure.
You might get 2 or 3 if them - Walmart is always rolling back those prices!
