Need recommendations - spark plugs, oil and filter, fuel treatment

i want to do a spark plug change, oil change, oil filter change & fuel treatment. what would you guys recommend for me. Its a EJ6 SOHC 140k mi

i know you're new here, but you should have just googled it.
OEM parts for dizzy cap and rotor, ngk spark plugs and wires.
for oil change and filter it's really your choice.
i never really did a "fuel treatment" before...

Skip the fuel treatment and buy a fuel filter instead.

An injection cleaner like Lucas is good, and a fuel filter is very good. IV heard alot of good things about seafoam too

A proper tube up consists of at least a distributor cap and rotor, ignition wires, and spark plugs. As mentioned, a fuel filter isn't a bad idea either.

I personally like to seafoam my car every six to ten months.
