Hi I do Not know what to do! I have a 95 prelude srv with 190xxx miles with simple boltons, recently is started idling weird and jumping rpms and almost as if it wants to turn off. It also has a popping noise coming out of the exhaust like every 5 or 10 sec. What's wrong

I'm not sure? But what is that popping noise from ?

 

Popping noise could be from bad timing. Check your mechanical timing, timing belt, and timing belt automatic tensioner (these things wear out over time and can cause you some major problems.) I think 2LEM1 has a good suggestion.
Just put the engine at TDC and check your camshaft timing marks. If the timing marks are off then that means you jumped a tooth. That means you need to replace your timing belt (unless the timing belt is very new and is undamaged... but I would just replace it anyway), timing belt tensioner (Kaizenspeed makes a manual one that will never fail so just get that one...), and all the usual stuff that goes along with that job.
